That’s why we need you, a program management specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication. 

On our team, you’ll work with key stakeholders to review project milestones, coordinate activities, plan technical reviews, and keep senior leaders informed. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like Microsoft Office Suite and regular interactions with SMEs, schedulers, customers, and project analysts.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional development teams to achieve project milestones through roadmap development, schedule oversight, and risk management

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role as a U.S. Marine Corps Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (SNCO) or Commissioned Officer

• 2+ years of experience delivering hardware-based solutions in a project or program management role

• Experience collecting, editing, and communicating weekly highlights, milestones, and project risks to senior leadership within a multi-layered program office

• Ability to provide comprehensive programmatic support, including coordinating client engagements, managing project schedules, conducting research, and assigning and tracking tasks in accordance with program requirements

• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while showing initiative, flexibility, and innovation

• Top Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have:

• 3+ years of experience with over the horizon targeting or long-range fires programs

• Experience on a middle-tier acquisition rapid prototyping program

• Experience as a technical project manager for combat weapon system

• Master’s degree

• TS/SCI clearance

• PMP certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
