Chef De Partie | The Anthill

Situated in the heart of the Atherton Tablelands, The Anthill is a busy and well-loved local venue offering quality pub dining, cold beers, live entertainment and genuine country hospitality. With a strong local following and steady trade, you'll be joining a kitchen that values teamwork, consistency and great food.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing and cooking quality pub-style meals to a high standard

• Running your own section during service

• Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team

• Assisting with stock rotation and food safety procedures

• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

• Contributing ideas and helping deliver a great guest experience

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef ready to step up

• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations

• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Reliable, team-oriented and passionate about hospitality

• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
