For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 3-4 years of experience in IT technical support roles
- Solid SQL skills (complex queries and JOIN statements for data investigation and issue resolution)
- Handle, analyze, and resolve Tier 2/3 support tickets submitted by users
- Fluency in French (B2)
- Availability for Hybrid work model 2 x week in Porto or Lisbon
- Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit
