Your mission

As a .NET Trainee, you will participate in the following tasks:

• Learn and contribute to the development of customized solutions using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core with guidance from experienced colleagues.
• Support the development and maintenance of REST APIs, backend services, and data-driven applications.
• Work closely with team members and mentors to understand business needs and translate them into clear technical tasks.
• Write clean, well-structured, and testable code while learning established coding standards and best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, apply feedback, and gradually build confidence in reviewing code written by others.
• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of new features.
• Create and maintain unit and integration tests and help troubleshoot defects through debugging and log analysis.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases under supervision.
• Use Git and contribute to collaborative development workflows.
• Follow security, performance, and software quality practices throughout development.
• Contribute to technical documentation and share knowledge within the team.
• Continuously learn, ask questions, and suggest improvements to the development process.

Your profile

• Current studies, a recent degree, or equivalent training in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of C# and object-oriented programming.
• Familiarity with .NET, .NET Core, or ASP.NET Core through academic, personal, or professional projects.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, and backend application development.
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases and an interest in learning NoSQL technologies.
• Familiarity with Git or another version control system.
• Understanding of fundamental software development principles, clean code, and maintainable design.
• Good problem-solving skills and an eagerness to develop debugging and root cause analysis techniques.
• A proactive learning mindset, openness to feedback, and the confidence to ask questions.
• Good English communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Personal or academic software projects are an advantage.
• Exposure to automated testing, cloud platforms, or CI/CD concepts is a plus.
