  • Apply Agile methodologies to manage project lifecycles while maintaining flexibility for evolving priorities.

  • Coordinate cross-functional project meetings and ensure all involved parties understand responsibilities, deadlines, and expectations.

  • Facilitate strong stakeholder engagement across clinical, operational, and executive teams through effective communication and collaboration.

  • Track project progress using tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, ClickUp, Monday, or similar platforms, and provide regular status updates to senior leadership regarding status, barriers, risks, timelines, and next steps.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, delays, resource concerns, and operational barriers proactively; escalate issues and recommend solutions as appropriate.

  • Support the implementation and optimization of systems, workflows, reporting tools, and operational processes.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, consistency, documentation accuracy, accountability, and communication.

  • Create and deliver training materials to support successful implementation of project outcomes, process improvements, new systems, workflows, and operational changes.

  • Support new program launches, business expansion efforts, and organizational development initiatives.

  • Collaborate with executives to assign project owners, define responsibilities, and maintain project momentum.

  • Create executive-level dashboards, reports, presentations, and project summaries to support decision-making.

  • Monitor project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure initiatives remain aligned with organizational priorities.

  • Drive change management efforts to support successful adoption of new processes, systems, and initiatives.

  • Maintain organized project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, timelines, approvals, updates, and final outcomes.

  • Ensure projects are completed in accordance with applicable healthcare compliance standards, company policies, internal standards, industry best practices, and operational expectations.

  • Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.
