MOVE FORWARD WITH US
- Lead the selection, evaluation, and qualification of potential and existing suppliers across Asia. Perform gap analyses and track corrective action closure to ensure gap closure.
- Drive Technical Reviews, manufacturability evaluations, and PPAP within the New Sourced Product Development process to ensure compliance with engineering and quality requirements.
- Drive VAVE initiatives with suppliers and engineering to optimize design, materials, processes, etc., achieving sustainable cost savings without sacrificing quality.
- Monitor key supplier performance metrics (e.g., PPM, OTIF), conduct regular supplier performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across assigned suppliers.
- Collect and analyze supplier quality non-conformances; lead suppliers in applying problem-solving tools (e.g., 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone Diagram) to identify root causes and ensure effective implementation of CAPAs.
- Other assignments arranged by Manager.

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Experience in the manufacturing, assembly, and testing of pumps, valves, and electric motors is strongly preferred.
- Solid experience in VAVE, supplier quality management, and supplier development.
- Good technical understanding of castings and machining processes. Practical experience in casting /machining issues resolution and process/system improvement.
- System and Process audit skills.
- Familiar with Quality 5 Tools, 7 Techniques, and Six Sigma is a plus.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English are a must.
