Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to become the operational backbone of our marketing team. You'll play a key role in ensuring marketing initiatives are executed efficiently by coordinating projects, streamlining workflows, leveraging AI tools, and supporting digital marketing activities across multiple brands.

This is more than a marketing support role—it's an opportunity to improve processes, drive innovation, and contribute to the growth of the business while developing into a future marketing operations leader.

What You’ll Do:

Marketing Operations & Project Management

• Coordinate marketing projects across multiple brands to ensure timely execution.

• Track project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.

• Improve marketing workflows and operational processes.

• Manage marketing systems and documentation.

• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and external suppliers.

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across marketing initiatives.

• Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.

• Ensure projects stay on track and nothing falls through the cracks.

AI & Marketing Automation

• Utilize AI tools daily to improve productivity and efficiency.

• Develop AI prompts, templates, and repeatable workflows.

• Research and evaluate emerging AI and marketing technologies.

• Automate repetitive marketing tasks using workflow automation platforms.

• Recommend innovative solutions to improve team productivity.

• Help drive AI adoption within the marketing team.

Digital Marketing Support

• Manage and update WordPress websites.

• Publish and optimize website content.

• Create and distribute email marketing campaigns (EDMs).

• Support SEO initiatives and website optimization.

• Build landing pages for campaigns.

• Develop presentations and marketing materials.

• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance.

• Maintain digital marketing assets and content libraries.

Brand & Campaign Support

• Assist in developing thought leadership content.

• Coordinate customer case studies and success stories.

• Support award submissions and brand initiatives.

• Assist with campaign planning and execution.

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

• Create sales enablement and promotional materials.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• 4–6 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or marketing operations.

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience using AI tools in a professional environment.

• Experience managing multiple marketing projects simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of marketing operations and digital marketing best practices.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
