About the role
We’re looking for a People Experience Coordinator to join our People team on a seven-month fixed-term basis, supporting our people experiences across the employee lifecycle. Working closely with leaders across the business, you’ll coordinate people processes, system improvements ensure our employee data is compliant and accurate, enabling ourpeople to work effectively and confidently.
Reporting into the People Operations team and working alongside experienced colleagues who’ll support you, you’ll be a first point of contact for our people when they need support with people processes and our HIRS platform, Workday.
In this role, you will:
Provide first-line support to employees and leaders with timely, accurate and people-centred advice.
Coordinate key people processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, internal movements, leave, payroll and benefits.
Support the People team’s day-to-day operations, including communications, inbox management, user testing and people initiatives.
Maintain accurate, confidential people data and employee records across our people platforms.
Use data, insights and automation to improve processes, strengthen controls and enhance the employee experience.
About you
Ideally you’ll have 1–2 years’ experience in an HR administration or support role, with a strong people-first perspective and basic knowledge of foundational ER legislation and practice.
Action oriented with strong organisational skills, with a data mindset that lets you interpret policies, documents and reports to make sense of information and inform decisions.
A customer first mindset with excellent written and spoken communication skills — confident interpreting emails, finding information and responding professionally.
Experience using an HRIS is an advantage — familiarity with Workday or similar systems is desirable.
A relevant qualification in human resources is desirable but not essential.
