Summary:
Norm's Doors of Omaha, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking motivated Residential Technicians and Installers. This role is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined and have experience in construction or related trades. You will be responsible for the installation and servicing of residential doors and door hardware, offering a dynamic and hands-on career opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Install or service residential garage doors and door hardware
- Identify opportunities to provide customers with products and services
- Track and maintain job-related paperwork and submit it in a timely manner
- Operate in a safety-conscious manner while performing job duties
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED (Preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role or one that required mechanical aptitude preferred
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 pounds
- Ability to work at heights and use a ladder
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
