PURPOSE
The AVP, HNW Strategy will be responsible for shaping and driving the strategic development of FWD Private’s High Net Worth business across Asia. The role will support the design and execution of the HNW growth agenda, including distribution strategy, market expansion, proposition development and strategic partnerships.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop and execute FWD Private’s regional HNW strategy
Drive strategic partnerships and growth initiatives
Support market expansion across Asia
Coordinate cross-market HNW initiatives
Lead strategic planning and business assessments
Support proposition and operating model development
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
10–15 years of experience in HNW/UHNW insurance, private banking or strategic business development
Strong understanding of HNW distribution ecosystems
Regional Asia experience preferred
Proven strategy and partnership management experience
KNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS
Strategic planning and business development capability
Financial and commercial analysis
Stakeholder and partnership management
Executive communication and presentation skills
Understanding of cross-border insurance structures advantageous
