Description

We are currently representing a high-growth organisation in the appointment of an experienced Executive Business Partner to support its CEO and wider Leadership Team.

Operating within a fast-paced and commercially driven environment, our client works closely with leading organisations across the private equity and wider financial services sector. As the business continues to grow internationally, they are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional individual who can act as a trusted extension of the executive team.

This is far more than a traditional Executive Assistant position. You'll play a key role in ensuring the CEO and senior leadership team can operate at their most effective, managing complex priorities, anticipating challenges before they arise and bringing structure to a dynamic and evolving business.

Supporting four executives across London, New York and Europe, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.


Key Responsibilities

You'll be responsible for providing first-class support to the CEO and three members of the Leadership Team, including:
  • Managing complex diaries, priorities and schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinating international travel, logistics and executive itineraries.
  • Acting as a trusted partner to the executive team, anticipating needs and ensuring priorities are effectively managed.
  • Applying sound judgement to maximise executive effectiveness and make the best use of time.
  • Preparing briefings, meeting materials and ensuring executives are fully prepared for key engagements.
  • Coordinating client meetings, events and relationship management activities.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handling highly confidential information with professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Significant experience supporting C-Suite executives within a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting senior executives within private equity, financial services, professional services or another high-performance environment is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional organisational, diary management and travel coordination skills.
  • A proactive and forward-thinking approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong judgement, discretion and the confidence to operate autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
  • A calm, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
