What are we looking for?
We are looking for a senior executive, data and reporting to leverage data into drive business decisions and strategies. This role involves analyzing complex data sets, creating insightful reports, and providing actionable recommendations to improve business performance.
What are we expecting from this role?
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions. This includes using statistical methods and data mining techniques to uncover hidden patterns and correlations.
Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure that reports are accurate, timely, and tailored to the needs of different departments.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions that support their objectives. This includes collaborating with IT to ensure data infrastructure supports business intelligence activities.
Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing and maintaining data quality standards. This involves regular data cleaning, validation, and updating processes.
Tool Utilization: Utilize business intelligence tools and software to automate data collection and reporting processes. Stay updated with the latest BI tools and technologies to enhance data analysis capabilities.
Training: Provide training and support to team members on data analysis and business intelligence tools. This includes creating training materials and conducting workshops or one-on-one sessions.
Project Management: Understand project management concept from inception to completion, ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget. This includes defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of BI initiatives to ensure they meet business objectives. This includes tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and making adjustments as needed.
Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to improve BI processes and tools. This includes researching new technologies and methodologies that can enhance data analysis and reporting.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
At least 1 year of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
Experience with SQL and DAX queries.
Knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing.
