As an Unarmed Security Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and communicate concerns with professionalism. You will also provide exceptional customer service while supporting Allied Universal’s caring culture through agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, access points, and the site perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or hazardous conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site procedures.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations through accurate reports and promptly communicate concerns to designated site personnel and/or Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
