$19/hr. | Full-Time | On-Site

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

TENCU is seeking an energetic, member-focused Floating Teller who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional service, and supporting multiple branch teams. If you're adaptable, reliable, and passionate about helping others achieve financial success, we'd love to meet you!

As a Floating Teller, you'll be based at our Main Branch in Nashville while occasionally traveling to support branch operations throughout Middle and East Tennessee. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact across multiple communities.

What You'll Do

With a commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience, you will:

• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Build meaningful relationships while providing outstanding service in person and over the phone.
• Support multiple branch locations as needed.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and branch needs.
• Learn and follow federal regulations, credit union policies, and procedures.
• Assist members with products and services that support their financial wellness.
• Utilize core computer systems and learn new technology with confidence.
• Maintain dependable attendance and contribute to a positive team environment

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of one (1) year of cash handling and customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a bank, credit union, or financial institution
