Position Summary
Student Recruitment Representatives (SRRs) are mission-critical to Airstreams Renewables, Inc.’s (ARI’s) success, serving as the key point of contact for student candidates from first contact through program enrollment. SRRs drive enrollment numbers, maintain strict data accuracy, and report critical metrics to ARI leadership, Education Center staff, and Transition Readiness personnel. Success in this position directly supports ARI’s mission to equip transitioning prospective students with high-demand career skills.
Core Responsibilities
The essential functions of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Recruit and enroll qualified candidates into Airstreams Renewables, Inc. (ARI)’s Career Skills Program (CSP) and SkillBridge Program (SBP).
- Actively seek and engage in recruitment and outreach efforts on and off base.
- Represent ARI with enthusiasm, professionalism and a strong understanding of military culture and values.
- Take initiative and partner with various departments in activities that drive ARI’s strategic enrollment and employment goals.
- Execute the full admissions process—guide and support applicants through each step, ensuring timely, complete, and compliant enrollment.
- Lead weekly campus tours that highlight program value, training outcomes, and career placement opportunities for service members.
- Analyze and track Command Releases for upcoming classes; communicate actionable insights to the Training Supervisor to ensure mission readiness.
- Maintain precise admissions records in QuickBase (or other database), ensuring all student data is current, accurate, and audit-ready.
- Produce and deliver clear, consistent admissions reports to internal leadership and external stakeholders, including base Education Centers and Transition Readiness personnel.
- Partner with Student Services Administration team to support job placement outcomes for graduates, reinforcing ARI’s commitment to veteran employment.
- Coordinate directly with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to confirm benefit eligibility, ensuring smooth processing and compliance.
- Consistently uphold ARI’s policies, procedures, and standards of excellence in every aspect of your work.

Education, Certification, and Other Requirements
- Required: Valid Driver License and the ability to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check.
- Required: To be considered for this position, you must have reliable transportation to work, have access to a reliable vehicle that you can use to travel to multiple locations within a shift, and be willing to work on occasional weekends and holidays.
- Required: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and maintain a drug-free status.
- Required: Legal ability to work in the United States.
- Preferred: VA Certifying Official
