Description

As a Production Cleaning Lead, you'll play a key role in ensuring our GMP manufacturing facilities remain clean, compliant and ready to support the production of medicines for patients around the world. Acting as the link between Manufacturing, Engineering, Facility Compliance and our external vendors, you'll help ensure cleaning activities run safely, efficiently and according to plan.

If you enjoy coordinating complex operations, building strong stakeholder relationships and driving continuous improvement in a GMP environment, this could be the opportunity for you.

Take ownership of a critical GMP function

You will become part of our Facility organization and take the operational lead for Domestic Cleaning across our manufacturing facilities in Søborg. While you won't have direct people management responsibilities, you'll play a central role in coordinating activities, ensuring compliance and keeping stakeholders aligned to support uninterrupted production.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate Domestic Cleaning activities and align cleaning schedules with manufacturing priorities.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between AGC Biologics, external vendors and internal stakeholders regarding daily cleaning operations.

  • Ensure cleaning documentation, logbooks and notebooks are maintained in accordance with GMP and GDocP requirements.

  • Coordinate routine inspections, support audit readiness and drive follow-up on compliance-related activities.

  • Support training coordination and maintain oversight of training compliance for external vendor personnel.

  • Drive continuous improvements to cleaning processes, documentation and collaboration across the organization.

A role built on collaboration

Success in this role comes from building strong relationships across the organization. You'll work closely with Manufacturing, Facility Compliance, Quality and external vendors to ensure cleaning activities support production while meeting the high standards expected in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

This is an opportunity to influence how we work, improve processes and contribute to a culture where quality and collaboration go hand in hand.

What makes you a great fit

We imagine that you have experience coordinating cleaning operations, facility services or vendor-managed contracts, ideally within a GMP or other highly regulated environment. Experience from cleanrooms or the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage, but we also welcome candidates from other industries with similar complexity and quality standards.

To succeed in this role, you:

  • Have experience coordinating cleaning operations or facility services.

  • Have experience managing suppliers and following up on contract performance.

  • Are proactive and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes.

  • Are confident speaking up, challenging the status quo and driving solutions.

  • Have a structured approach and enjoy creating overview in a complex operational environment.

  • Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.

Help bring hope to life

At AGC Biologics, your work contributes directly to the safe manufacture of life-changing therapies for patients around the world. You'll join a collaborative and international organization where continuous improvement, innovation and quality are part of everything we do.
