Summary:

As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This role requires creating efficient data pipelines to facilitate smooth data flow and ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. The position also involves implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data, enabling seamless migration and deployment across various systems. Collaboration with different teams to align data strategies and optimize system performance is an integral part of daily activities, fostering a robust data environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support organizational needs.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of data engineering principles.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline development and management.
- Experience with data integration and ETL process design and implementation.
- Familiarity with database systems and data warehousing concepts.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex data-related issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
