Responsibilities
Summary: Engage and nurture new and existing real estate relationships with internal and external partners to drive mutual revenue, acting as the main liaison for assigned territories, fostering loyalty, ensuring partner satisfaction with products/services, and facilitating communication to meet shared goals and increase usage/sales through the partner channel.
Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact, building strong, loyal relationships with designated partners.
Sales and Growth: Drive partner engagement, recruit new external partners, and work to increase product usage and revenue for real estate sales.
Communication: Facilitate clear communication between department and partners, ensuring needs, goals, and expectations are understood.
Support departmental initiatives: Provide administrative and sales support to the real estate and integrated sales teams to ensure the successful execution of accounts, projects and campaigns.
Coordinate tasks: Coordinate by organizing and communicating details and specific assignments to team members, ensuring alignment that produces sales results.
Execute project tasks: Complete individual tasks and deliverables within the expected time frame.
Monitor and report: Track project progress and campaign performance metrics, providing regular updates and reports to the project lead.
General support: Take on additional tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned to support overall team and organizational goals.
Collaborate effectively: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and team members to achieve project objectives and ensure seamless execution of activities.

Physical Role Requirements: Be seated at a computer intermittently for up to eight hours a day. Move up to 10 pounds occasionally, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects. Sitting for long periods of time while using office equipment such as computers and phones. Repetitive motions using hands and digits; such as movement of wrists, hands and fingers while picking, pinching and typing during your normal working environment.
Minimum Education, Licensure and Professional Certification requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum Experience required (number of years necessary to perform role): 1+ years of sales or related work experience preferred
Travel: Ability to travel once a 1-2 a year to designated geographies
FLSA (Exempt or Non-Exempt): Exempt
Status (Full time, Part time, or PRN): Full time

This role pays $53,347 - $60,000 plus job based incentive, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location.
