Description
The Smith County District Attorney’s Office is seeking an experienced attorney for a felony prosecutor position.
We are seeking prosecutors who will aggressively represent the victims and law enforcement and maintain the highest ethical standards. Our trial dockets provide a great opportunity to gain trial skills while working to improve your community. The salary range is $92,000 to 130,000, depending on experience. Benefits include county retirement plan, healthcare, bar dues, and CLE. There are no appellate duties associated with this job. Smith County is a conservative community that values law enforcement and expects the equal application of the rule of law to everyone.
