To regularly monitor store layout, warehouse organization, cleanliness, and price tags.
To build, recognize, and register the customer portfolio in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), to acquire new customers and retain existing ones, and to demonstrate the ability to obtain communication consent.
To be responsible for achieving the store's sales, operations, and all defined KPI targets.
To effectively implement strategies to improve sales performance and generate feasible new ideas.
