To help us in achieving our plans we are looking for a Tennis Coach to join our team at Tennis World Albert Park on a casual basis.

About the role
Tennis World programs include delivering coaching lessons targeted for skill development, social interaction and personal achievement to foster a lifelong enjoyment of tennis. Delivery of the coaching program includes a range of classes including Tennis Hot Shots, Junior Development, and Group Social lessons through to Performance pathways.
The Tennis World Coaching team work to progress all students through the program celebrating personal achievement at each stage of progression. Encouraging students to engage in other programs to test their skills through Fitbit Cardio Tennis, Competitions and Tournaments is essential for long term success.
In this role you will:
- Deliver fun, engaging tennis lessons that help players of all ages and abilities develop their skills and confidence.
- Assist in the delivery of Tennis Hot Shots, Junior Development, Cardio Tennis and holiday programs.
- Provide outstanding customer service to players, parents and members, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
- Support senior coaches with lesson preparation, on-court activities and player progression throughout the coaching pathway.
- Contribute to a positive team culture while maintaining high standards of professionalism, safety and presentation.
About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tennis Australia Community Coaching Course qualification (or willing to obtain)
- Previous experience coaching across all ages and skill level
- Good understanding of Tennis products and brands, in particular Racquets and string specifications
- A current Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
