🔍 Estamos buscando un(a) Digital Experience Intern (Pasantía).
🌟 Duración del proyecto: 6 meses
🌍 Ubicación: El Salvador
Objetivo principal: Apoyar en la gestión, seguimiento y visibilidad operativa de las iniciativas digitales del negocio, colaborando en la consolidación de datos y el seguimiento de proyectos bajo marcos de trabajo ágiles.
Responsabilidades principales:
📊 Consolidar y mantener actualizado el dashboard de seguimiento de las diferentes iniciativas digitales por línea de negocio.
📅 Asegurar que el estatus operativo de las iniciativas se mantenga actualizado de forma semanal.
🔄 Dar seguimiento a las actividades y entregables claves dentro del marco de trabajo ágil de la empresa.
📈 Elaborar presentaciones ejecutivas sobre el avance y los resultados de los proyectos digitales.
¿Qué buscamos?
🌱 Estudiante de 4º o 5º año de Ingeniería en Sistemas, Licenciatura en Negocios, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carreras afines.
🔍 Pensamiento analítico y atención al detalle.
🎯 Disciplina, organización y orientación a resultados.
🤝 Capacidad de trabajo en equipo y comunicación fluida.
📊 Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio (tablas dinámicas, gráficos y funciones analíticas).
📑 Dominio de PowerPoint y Word para la elaboración de informes y presentaciones.
🛠️ Conocimiento en herramientas de modelado de procesos (Visio, Draw.io, Figma o similares).
🔄 Comprensión teórica o práctica de marcos de trabajo ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).
🗄️ Conocimiento básico de SQL (deseable).
