As a Hospitality Associate – Driver, you help bring the Towne experience to life. Whether parking vehicles, assisting with luggage, or supporting guests, patients, and visitors, you create seamless arrival-to-departure experiences through safe, professional, and hospitality-focused service.
What You’ll Do
Safely park, retrieve, and inspect vehicles
Create positive first and last impressions
Deliver exceptional experiences through service, professionalism, and hospitality
Welcome and assist guests, patients, and visitors with directions, wayfinding, and service-related needs
Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards
Maintain organized work areas and complete documentation accurately

Driving Requirements
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles (when applicable)
Compensation: Towne is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. Actual pay will be based on job-related skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other business-related factors. The hourly base pay range for this position is $14-$15 per hour plus tips.

Physical Requirements
This position regularly requires the ability to:
Stand and walk for extended periods
Bend, stoop, kneel and reach
Lift up to 50 pounds
Push and pull carts, wheelchairs and luggage
Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions while entering and exiting vehicles repeatedly throughout the day
