Technical Support Engineer (x|f|m)

For the Technical Support department at Sartorius Stedim Systems GmbH, we are looking for a Technical Support Engineer (x|f|m) at the Guxhagen location near Kassel. In this role, you will be responsible for 2nd level support for our software product Biobrain® Supervise. In doing so, you will remotely support our service technicians in the field at the customer's site.

The team consists of eleven employees and is looking forward to shaping the future with you.
The job is to be filled full-time and will take place remotely on a daily basis as well as on site in Guxhagen.

Grow With Us – Your Responsibilities

• Responsible for technical advice regarding the application possibilities and expandability of the SCADA system Biobrain® Supervise
• Advise and support service employees on a global level regarding the SCADA system in the event of technical problems
• Support the development departments through product release processes
• Close cooperation with the Quality and Development departments rounds off your range of tasks

What Will Convince Us

• Successfully completed vocational training with a focus on electrical engineering and relevant professional experience, alternatively a qualification as a technician|Master's degree or a Bachelor's degree with a similar professional focus
• Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems 10|11 and MS Server 2022 & 2025 is required
• Confident in the use of computer hardware and software
• Network and IT administrator skills are desirable
• Process understanding of complex automation systems
• Experience in the pharmaceutical | biotechnology environment are desirable
• Strong communication skills and work at a high-level Service- and solution-oriented
• Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, knowledge of German is an advantage
• Flexibility for travel in EMEA for up to 20%
