Clinic and Infusion NP/PA

Description

 Heart of Texas Healthcare System is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Rural Health Clinic and Outpatient Infusion Center. This provider will deliver comprehensive primary care while collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, and ancillary departments to provide high-quality, patient-centered care. The position also includes oversight and management of patients receiving outpatient infusion therapies 

Requirements

1-3 years of clinical experience preferred (may vary by clinic) and experience in family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, or specialty practice preferred

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of evidence-based medical practices
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple patients and priorities efficiently
• Proficiency with electronic health records and medical software

Education Requirements

Nurse Practitioner (NP):

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Physician Assistant (PA):

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current state licensure as a Physician Assistant
