Summary:
As a Data Strategist, you will spend your day designing and executing comprehensive data strategies that enhance the way information is managed, governed, and secured within the organization. Your role involves ensuring that data is unified and accessible, enabling the organization to make informed decisions that improve operational efficiency and maintain a competitive edge in the market. Collaboration with various teams to align data initiatives with business goals will be a key part of your daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective strategies.
- Continuously evaluate and improve data governance frameworks to ensure compliance and data quality.
- Support the integration of new data sources and technologies to enhance the data architecture.
- Monitor and assess emerging trends in data management to recommend innovative solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Cobol Mainframe.
- Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mainframes.
- Strong knowledge of data architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure data management solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex data environments and develop strategic improvements.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and metadata management concepts.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Cobol Mainframe.
- This position is based at our Manila office.
