Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the system to adapt to evolving business demands. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable, scalable applications are central to daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Strong experience in designing and developing complex reports and dashboards within Workday environments.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports.
- Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing report performance to meet user expectations.
- Capability to work collaboratively with business users and technical teams to deliver high-quality reporting solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
