Job Description Summary:
- Perform all tasks related to Freestyle pick-pack operations to support manufacturing and distribution needs.
- Assist in receiving materials, accurately verifying incoming shipments, and breaking down pallets by material type and batch number.
- Execute picking, packing, and stock replenishment activities, ensuring daily delivery requirements are met within established timelines.
- Maintain accurate inventory handling through established tracking methods and digital systems to reduce errors and improve efficiency.
- Organize and sustain a clean, orderly workspace in alignment with Good Manufacturing Practices and 5S workplace principles.
- Operate material‑handling and packaging equipment efficiently and safely to support production schedules.
- Monitor product quality standards and escalate issues to ensure compliance with Coca‑Cola’s safety and manufacturing practices.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address workflow challenges while meeting accuracy and productivity targets.
- Comply with all plant safety requirements, including the proper use of personal protective equipment such as steel‑toe footwear.
- Adapt to changing priorities and perform additional job-related duties as needed to support operational objectives.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to lift, move, and palletize materials weighing up to 30 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Capability to stand for the duration of the shift while performing physical tasks in a production setting.
- Strong attention to detail with a track record of accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory activities.
- Basic proficiency in using digital systems for inventory tracking and production updates; willingness to learn new technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards, including adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and workplace safety protocols.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate within a team setting.
- Self-motivated with accountability for individual performance and contribution to team goals.
- Provide hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing systems, material-handling equipment, and beverage production technologies.
- Offer development opportunities to expand technical knowledge and digital capabilities in a global manufacturing network.
