The Watermark Hotel is a new all-suite hotel located in Capital One Center, featuring 300 luxury residential suites with lavish, upscale furnishings, abundant space to unwind, and a hospitality team dedicated to setting a new definition of luxury. The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations, implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional service and successfully leading the team throughout the shift. This position is responsible for processing check-ins/outs, and assisting guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional and timely manner, while following B. F. Saul Company Hospitality Group high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction.
