Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to champion on-site safety management systems for heavy civil works in Hong Kong. You will enforce safety policies, conduct site inspections, implement risk management plans, and foster a strong safety culture across the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain safety management systems in full compliance with local statutory regulations and client requirements.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits across complex construction zones.
• Organize and deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and specialized safety training sessions.
• Investigate site incidents, draft detailed safety reports, and implement corrective measures.
• Coordinate with the Labour Department, site management, and client safety teams to ensure seamless compliance.

Key Requirements

• Licensure: Registered Safety Officer (RSO) approved by the Hong Kong Labour Department (essential).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-registration construction site safety experience on civil engineering sites.
