About the Role:

Manage Soft Services Operations of the facility in full. Always ensure upkeep of facility.

Oversee daily Housekeeping, Pantry, Pest control, indoor plant maintenance, office supplies and other soft service activities to ensure seamless facility operations.

Coordinate & support the site Facility team & Property Team for smooth operations

Deliver a high-quality workplace experience by addressing employee requests, resolving concerns promptly, and maintaining service excellence.

Conduct routine inspections of entire office, meeting rooms, washrooms, Pantry, Cafeteria, and common areas & maintain cleanliness and hygiene

Manage pantry operations, monitor stock levels, coordinate with vendors for timely supplies and ensure food safety and hygiene compliance

Track, prioritize, and close employee service requests and all Workorders through FAMIS360 within agreed timelines.

Maintain adequate stock of housekeeping and pantry consumables, monitor usage trends, and support cost-effective procurement practices.

Ensure Vendor compliance & HSE compliance with workplace safety regulations, hygiene standards, environmental guidelines, and company policies.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, service performance metrics, audit records, and compliance documentation.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives - Identify opportunities for process improvements, sustainability practices, cost optimization, and enhanced employee workplace experience.

Ensure client satisfaction

Follow up with Vendors for submission of Invoice on time

Support audits, Emergency response, fire drills, and business continuity activities.

Responsible for reporting on site performances to Operations Head

About You:

• 5 to 7 years’ experience in Facilities Operations as Soft Services Executive
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment taking right decisions for resolve.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Residing preferably near to worksite within 10kms.
