Job Description & Summary: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager - PMO to lead project governance, portfolio management, and execution excellence across key business initiatives. The role will be responsible for establishing PMO best practices, driving project delivery, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring alignment of programs with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Project Management Office (PMO) function for strategic programs and initiatives.
Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, methodologies, and standards.
Oversee project portfolio planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and delivery tracking.
Monitor project performance through KPIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
Drive risk, issue, dependency, and change management processes across projects.
Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
Facilitate steering committee meetings, project reviews, and status reporting for senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies, controls, and project management standards.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within project delivery.
Mentor and coach project managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Mandatory skill sets:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar project management certifications preferred.
Preferred skill sets:
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Experience in digital transformation, consulting, IT services, or large enterprise environments.

Years of experience required:
2+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years in PMO leadership roles.
Proven experience managing large-scale transformation, technology, operational, or business programs.
Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
Strong expertise in project governance, portfolio management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
