Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager who is passionate about creating measurable business growth through effective client acquisition initiatives. In this role, you will own and optimize the marketing-to-intake pipeline, ensuring every marketing effort contributes to qualified consultations, retained clients, and revenue growth. You will lead initiatives across digital marketing, local SEO, paid advertising, events, email nurture campaigns, and reputation management while using data to guide decisions and improve performance. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys taking ownership, converting insights into action, and building scalable marketing systems that drive meaningful results. Monthly Compensation Range: from $1,700 USD to $2,000 USD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build and maintain online review generation and reputation management processes
  • Evaluate marketing investments based on cost per lead, consultation, retained client, and return on investment
  • Create and coordinate client focused content for websites, email campaigns, workshops, and marketing initiatives
  • Analyze website traffic, search performance, and conversion data to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain and optimize the company website to improve conversions and user engagement
  • Develop and execute campaigns that attract prospective clients across the firm's core service areas
  • Increase the number of qualified consultations generated through strategic marketing initiatives
  • Own and manage the full marketing to intake pipeline, ensuring marketing efforts contribute to qualified consultations, retained clients, and revenue growth
  • Prepare monthly marketing performance reports and client acquisition dashboards
  • Support referral marketing initiatives and relationship building efforts
  • Manage or oversee paid advertising efforts through Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Meta advertising platforms, and other acquisition channels
  • Develop and maintain lead nurture campaigns for prospects, former clients, referral partners, and event attendees
  • Execute local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization, content planning, and search visibility improvements
  • Measure and improve event performance based on registrations, attendance, consultations, retained clients, and generated revenue
  • Build and manage workshop and webinar programs, including event planning, registration, promotion, reminders, and follow up campaigns
  • Collaborate with intake teams to ensure consistent follow up, scheduling, and lead management processes
  • Track and analyze lead sources from initial engagement through consultation, client retention, and revenue generation
  • Maintain accurate tracking and marketing attribution systems to support informed business decisions
  • Monitor key performance indicators and recommend adjustments based on campaign performance data

Experience Required:

◦ 3+ years of experience in lead generation, client acquisition, growth marketing, or revenue-focused marketing

◦ Proven track record of generating measurable leads, consultations, sales opportunities, retained clients, or revenue growth

◦ Experience managing digital marketing channels and reporting on business outcomes

◦ Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations

Preferred Background:

◦ Experience in legal services, financial services, healthcare, wealth management, or other trust based professional services industries

◦ Experience promoting workshops, seminars, webinars, and educational events ◦ Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing attribution, referral marketing, and client intake processes
