Job Vacancy: Healthcare Assistant Days
Location: Woodstock Residential Care Home in Sittingbourne, Kent ME10 4HN
Contracted hours: 33 hours available (7 day rota system, including some weekends)
Shift Pattern: This position operates on a rotating rota of 8:00am–2:00pm, 2:00pm–8:00pm, and 8:00am–8:00pm.
Please note this is not a choice of shifts – you will be required to work all shift patterns on a rotational basis.
(Hourly) rate of pay: £13.00

You will have the opportunity to excel whilst:
The Health Care Assistant responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Ensuring that residents are at the heart of care delivery and their wishes and preferences are taken into consideration to enhance their wellbeing.
• Ensuring care plans, assessments and risk assessments and other care documentation in place to support residents are followed accordingly.
• Being responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of residents.
• Maintaining the residents’ independence, privacy, and dignity always.
• Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all care given, onto our software package (handheld devices).
• Ensuring Infection Control procedures are always adhered to.
