Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Defense Systems System Test team is looking for a Cybersecurity Systems Test Engineering Manager. This includes having the technical knowledge to configure and setup tools related to cyber security (i.e. SIEM tools, IDS/IPS, systems, endpoint security tools) testing. The candidate will support system-level hardware in the loop test lines primarily in a lab test environment as well as cyber vulnerability testing for system level effects. The candidate will interface heavily with the customer and external team leads within NG as we jointly define cyber test for GBSD.
This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Sentinel program.

What you will get to do:
Work with cybersecurity counterparts across the functional teams to implement cyber policies and best practices
Lead the definition of processes for cyber vulnerability testing that the program will follow and work with the customer and other cybersecurity counterparts to define scope of work and swim lanes
Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications
Oversee verification and validation testing of requirements
Contribute to the design, development, implementation, and integration of procured cyber tools (Tenable.SC, Fortify, SIEM tools, IDS/IPS systems, endpoint security tools, etc.)
Manage the earned value of the team from a cost and schedule perspective
Detail plan the teams Integrated Master Schedule and translate a plan to cost/schedule impacts
Present to leadership on technical concepts

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) disciplines from an accredited university and 8 years of related experience, or a Master’s Degree in a related discipline and 6 years of relevant experience
Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain a U.S. Government DoD Top Secret Security Clearance.
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need.
Demonstrated experience interfacing with cross disciplined teams to accomplish a project/major task
Successfully demonstrated experience putting a plan in place and then executing to that plan with a team
Demonstrated experience communicating directly with customers or the ability to effectively communicate complex technical subjects to both technical and non-technical audiences
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
At least 1 year experience leading a major project and/or driving performance against schedule
Prior experience in cyber test planning and execution
Familiarity with Northrop Grumman test PrOP
Prior experience with planning and executing penetration test scenarios
Prior experience working with Risk Management Framework standards and processes
Prior experience with cyber vulnerability testing
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
Current CISSP-ISSEP or CCSP Cyber certifications
Current Sec + certification
Experience managing suppliers and/or writing SSOWs
