The Expo Group is seeking an Account Executive, Exhibits to identify new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and guide customers through the sales process from prospecting to post-show follow-up. This fully remote role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, closing new business, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
In this role, you will:
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through research, referrals, and industry networking.
- Grow existing accounts by identifying new opportunities and strengthening client relationships.
- Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations, discovery meetings, and post-show debriefs.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution and post-show follow-up.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline information in Salesforce CRM.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive repeat business.
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of five years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the trade show, events, or experiential marketing industry.
- Credentials: Salesforce experience preferred.
- Key Skills: Business development, consultative selling, relationship management, presentation skills, negotiation, communication, time management, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to quickly learn new software.
