About the Role

This position is to be fully responsible for the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of the project, ensuring that the project is completed on time and with high quality within the budget, and coordinating resources from all parties to achieve the goals.

• Influence and collaborate with stakeholders and business partners, building strong relationships to ensure consensus and influence change outcomes. Foster open and honest communication, which anticipates stakeholder expectations.
• Develop and present digital project business cases, utilizing Agile project management delivery techniques to ensure timely and effective results. Represent the project and solution design in governance meetings.
• Convert business requirements into future state processes and high-level solution designs, leveraging advanced business analysis skills.
• Lead in providing training to our teams in Agile methodologies and principles to ensure a flexible and adaptive team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Keep abreast on latest technology/ best practices and deliver changes to current processes with efficiency and cost improvement.
• Foster a high engagement team to deliver good quality outputs which exceed user expectations.
• Having an IT background and a certain level of technical expertise
• Good communication skills and proficiency in PPT production

Requirements:

• University graduate in related disciplines or another relevant qualificator.
• Minimum 8 years of product delivery experience, preferably with knowledge of business insurance products and bank operations.
• Proven successful track record in a project management role, preferably within the digital delivery pod.
• Ability to communicate effectively and create connection with others.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) will be a plus.
• Good understanding of System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery approach.
• Having experience as a BA is a bonus
