Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team: 1 office administrator and 3 HR team members
- Manage the team with a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
- Onboarding
- Offboarding
- Leave Management
- Ticket system
- Offer letters
- Investigations
Minimum Qualifications Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- SHRM certified desired
- 5 Years of HR experience required
- Team management experience required
- Experience working at a mid-sized company highly preferred
- Previous experience in an engineering company is a plus
- Familiarity with immigration hiring and requirements are a plus
- Technology savvy
- Excel, ADP Workforce Now, Smartsheets, Greenhouse, Equifax experience is a plus
- Polished professional able to prepare presentations and work with leadership roles
