Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Agent to join a team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a professional with a strong background in group benefits to contribute to a well-established organization that has been serving businesses and families for over 115 years. As an Employee Benefits Agent, you will work closely with clients to provide strategic solutions and exceptional service, while also supporting the growth and development of a team.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available (details upon request)

Responsibilities

• Manage and service group benefits accounts ranging from 100 to 500 lives.
• Quote new and renewal business, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic advice and tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and ensure seamless operations.
• Uphold the company’s values of teamwork, ownership, and client-first service.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in employee benefits; 5+ years preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
