Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support maintenance personnel with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and facility maintenance activities.
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production and plant equipment.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and calibration tasks.
- Help assemble, transport, and install material handling and maintenance equipment.
- Support facility maintenance projects including site preparation, drain cleaning, concrete work, and minor construction activities.
- Assist in repairing pumps, piping systems, motors, valves, and other production equipment.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with safety and quality documentation requirements.
- Contribute to a safe work environment by following all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance practices.
- Ability to safely use common maintenance and trade tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and follow maintenance procedures, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment and support rotating schedules as needed.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle maintenance materials and equipment safely.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel are preferred.
How You Would Stand Out
- Technical training in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Experience working in a chemical, manufacturing, food, beverage, or industrial production environment.
- Exposure to PLCs, instrumentation, motor controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), or welding activities.
