About the role:
The AI & ML Lead objective: To drive the company-wide adoption and delivery of AI-powered solutions, ensuring all AI initiatives are strategically aligned, ethically governed, and deliver measurable business value. This role bridges business strategy, data capabilities, and technology execution to make AI a core enabler across all departments.What will you do:
This is you:
5–8 years of experience in product management or program delivery, ideally focused on AI, data, or digital transformation.Demonstrated experience managing AI or ML-driven initiatives from conception to implementation.
Strong understanding of data lifecycle, analytics, and cloud AI platforms (Microsoft, Azure, OpenAI, etc.).
Familiarity with agile methodologies, backlog management, and cross-functional team leadership.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all organizational levels.
Strategic thinker with ability to balance innovation with operational feasibility.
