Do you want to join us this summer as a DevOps Trainee and be involved in the development and enhancement of the Telia Network Management & Automation platforms?
We’re looking for a motivated trainee to join us for 5 months starting in August (with flexibility), supporting the team that operates Telia Company’s Telia Network Management & Automation platforms (Amdocs SAS/ Helix and OpenText NNM).
You’ll work hands-on with enterprise-scale systems, gain real-world DevOps experience, and collaborate with professionals in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
The internship is based in Vilnius, Lithuania, with the possibility of a full-time offer upon completion.
What you’ll do:
You will play a key role in supporting the reliability and performance of our on-premises ServiceNow instance and related systems.
Your responsibilities include:
Learning and working with the Amdocs SAS/ Helix and OpenText NNM platforms
Involved in the Telia Network Management & Automation platform team activities: configuration, testing of the platform and integrations
Assisting with automation and CI/CD pipelines
Collaborating with cross-functional agile teams to solve real-world challenges
This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn from experienced engineers and contribute to projects that matter.

We are looking for someone passionate about technology and eager to learn.
You don’t need years of experience - just curiosity, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset.
Basic technical knowledge with some practical hands-on in some of the areas, like:
IP Networking, Linux, K8S, Ansible,
Observability and monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, etc.)
Python, Perl, scripting in Bash or JavaScript, SQL
Interest in automation and DevOps practices
Strong communication skills
Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Monthly salary for this position – 1260 Eur. (gross), although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
