[What the role is]
Energy shapes how Singapore lives, works and grows. At EMA, our communications team helps people understand the policies and developments behind Singapore’s energy future.In this role, you will work on communications campaigns, manage digital platforms, and draw audience insights from data to develop practical recommendations that help our messages reach the right people, in the right way, at the right time.
We are looking for someone who enjoys using data to make communications sharper and more effective. You will help us understand audience behaviour, improve the reach and discoverability of our digital content, and use insights to strengthen the performance of our communications efforts.
You will join a small team where your work will be visible and your ideas will matter. You will gain exposure to national energy issues, work with colleagues across EMA, partner content and media vendors, and build experience across campaign planning, analytics, search optimisation, paid media and platform management.

What You Will Be Working On
• Lead/support digital communications campaigns from planning to evaluation.
• Advise on digital channel mix, audience targeting and performance optimisation.
• Use website, social media and campaign data to understand audience behaviour and improve performance.
• Develop performance reports and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Support website, CMS and search optimisation needs for campaigns and always-on communications.
• Work with media, website and analytics vendors to improve campaign outcomes.
• Contribute to always-on digital content, including social media posts, website articles and newsletters.
• Support routine digital governance work such as platform access reviews, documentation and workflow improvements.
[What we are looking for]
What We Are Looking For
• At least 3 years’ experience in digital communications, communications, digital marketing, social media, analytics, website management or related fields.
• Good understanding of how to plan and deliver communications across digital channels.
• Ability to use audience insights and analytics to assess performance and recommend improvements.
• Familiarity with CMS, SEO, paid media or digital platform governance.
• Strong writing, project management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain digital or data-related issues clearly to non-technical colleagues.
• A proactive, collaborative and hands-on working style.
