Marketing Cloud Analyst

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Marketing Cloud Analyst for a consultancy mission at a client site. The primary objective of this role is the implementation and ongoing maintenance of Salesforce as a CRM tool.

The certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator will be responsible for:

• Understanding the features available to end-users in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Mastering the configuration options available in Marketing Cloud.
• Ensuring daily maintenance of the Marketing Cloud platform.
• Addressing common business needs related to the use of the platform.
• Performing necessary administrative tasks for the proper functioning of Marketing Cloud.

Additionally, the candidate must demonstrate knowledge, skills, and experience in the following areas:

• Governance and compliance in digital marketing.
• Best security practices for managing:
• Data;
• Users;
• Permissions.
• Account configuration, including:
• Business unit structure;
• Permissions;
• Security settings.
• Subscriber data management.
• Data quality assessment.
• Configuration of Marketing Cloud products, including:
• Builders;
• Studios.
• Troubleshooting related to:
• Account configuration;
• User requests.
• Account monitoring, including:
• Super Messages;
• Users;
• Activities;
• Audits;
• Reports;
• Notifications.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud extension products and features, such as:
• Datorama;
• Interaction Studio;
• Audience Builder;
• Other complementary features.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud integration offerings, including:
• FTP;
• API;
• Marketing Cloud Connect.

Proficiency in programming languages or SQL is also expected for the Marketing Cloud Administrator.
