As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, learn about their remodeling goals, and recommend bath and shower solutions that fit their needs and budget. You'll use our easy-to-use sales technology to create designs, present options, and close sales.

What You'll Do

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes.
• Conduct professional in-home sales presentations.
• Use our iPad-based sales system to design bath and shower projects.
• Build customer relationships and provide outstanding service.
• Present pricing and financing options.
• Close sales and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Sales experience is preferred; home improvement or remodeling sales is a plus.
• Comfortable presenting to homeowners and asking for the sale.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Goal-oriented and driven to succeed.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the local area.
• Basic computer and tablet skills.
