Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering role, such as Software Engineering, or a comparable technical role;- Own delivery execution and support alignment with the technology roadmap;- Drive sustainable, predictable, and high-quality software delivery;- Act as line manager for engineers, including coaching, feedback, staffing, and performance management;- Bring technology direction and engineering best practices into the team;- Focus on engineering quality, maintainability, and operational excellence;- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to align delivery with business priorities;- Act as the technical counterpart to the Product Owner within the team;- Shape and help implement our technology strategy, drive standardization, and improvement initiatives;- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and improvement-oriented engineering culture;- Participate actively in the day-to-day work of agile product teams.
