- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize retail math skills for accurate pricing, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with upper management on sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management or grocery store operations, preferably within the dairy sector.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and employee supervision.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology.
- Ability to perform cash handling duties accurately and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and training new employees is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques and retail sales strategies.
