Pre-Sales Executive (French Speaking)

About the Role
Our client is seeking to recruit a French-speaking Pre-Sales Executive to support its sales function by preparing technical and commercial bids, responding to tenders, and developing innovative, data-driven customer solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to drive business growth through effective pre-sales support and proposal management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, cost estimates, and bid documentation that meet client requirements.
- Manage the bid process by responding to Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tender submissions.
- Analyse tender documents and prepare comprehensive responses to functional and technical requirements.
- Work closely with the Sales, Business Development, and Pre-Sales teams to support the successful closure of sales opportunities.
- Assist in qualifying prospective customers and identifying suitable business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, monitor industry trends, and analyse competitor offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Maintain up-to-date sales documentation, product information, and proposal collateral.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop tailored customer solutions.
- Ensure all written communications and proposal submissions are professional, accurate, and of a high standard.
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience, preferably in a pre-sales, sales, or bid management role within the software or technology industry.
- Good understanding of the tender management process, including RFIs, RFPs, and bid preparation.
- Experience preparing and analysing complex technical specifications and commercial proposals.
- Strong business development and relationship management skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Professional working proficiency in French is mandatory.
