Back of House Team Leader — Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Chick-fil-A Duluth | Full-Time | Leadership Role
About the Role
Chick-fil-A Duluth is looking for a full-time Back of House Team Leader who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This isn't just a nice-to-have — bilingual fluency is a requirement for this position. You'll lead shifts in our kitchen, train and develop team members, and serve as a communication bridge across our BOH team, making sure every team member is set up to succeed regardless of which language they're most comfortable in.

What You'll Do
- Lead BOH operations during your shifts — production flow, quality, speed, and food safety
- Train and coach team members in both English and Spanish, including onboarding new hires
- Translate and communicate expectations, procedures, and feedback so nothing gets lost between languages
- Own food safety standards: temps, dating, labeling, cleanliness, and closing/opening procedures
- Support the leadership team with scheduling input, performance feedback, and team development
- Set the tone — lead by example with urgency, positivity, and care for your team
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken) — required. You'll use both languages daily.
- Kitchen or food service experience preferred; leadership experience is a strong plus
- Reliable, coachable, and calm under pressure during high-volume rushes
- Strong attention to detail with food safety and quality standards
- Available to work a consistent full-time schedule, including Saturdays
- 18+ preferred for this leadership role
