Why Points East Veterinary Emergency Hospital
Points East Veterinary Emergency Hospital has provided after-hours small animal emergency care to the Fayetteville region for over 30 years. Serving over 40 referring hospitals, PEVEH continues to grow and has much potential. We benefit from having three sister emergency hospitals, each located less than two hours from Fayetteville. Our ER family loves to share ideas, inventory (who has a unit of pRBCs to spare?), staff, and protocols.
Fayetteville is North Carolina’s fifth-largest city and the home of Fort Liberty and Pope Air Force Base. Fayetteville, and its surrounding region, is experiencing significant retail and residential growth as more families make the area home. Fayetteville is known for its art culture, military history and influence, historic downtown, museums, diversity, good food, and friendly people. Metropolitan Raleigh, the beaches of Wilmington, and the golf courses of Pinehurst are all just a short drive away.
